Meet the Founder.
With over 25 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, and Hospitality, I’ve worn many hats from leading Deli Operations for 60 Shoprite & Checkers stores, to running my own Cafe, Bakery, Deli and Training School. My expertise spans Food Service Management, Staff Training, Product Developing, and Food Safety for both big-name Retailer’s and small local Business. Since moving to New Zealand, I’ve continued working hands-on in Deli Operations, Cafe, Retail Operations and now consult independently in Food Safety, Menu Development, and Operational Strategy. I’ve recently completed a Diploma in Small Business & Project Management a step that’s helped me bring a long-held dream to life, Olives and Crumb – Daily Essentials.
